Ninth Week (24/12/2023 - 28/12/2023) Designing a poster for the upcoming "Jadual Sidang Ujian Bertutur Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris Kertas 3" to ensure effective communication and dissemination of information. Drafting detailed minutes of the meeting held in the learning unit, particularly with the practical students involved, to record important discussions and decisions. Ensuring timely processing of claims by stamping them with a "TELAH BAYAR" stamp. Start running the practicum project by finding the materials and elements needed for the promotional video.

Eighth Week (17/12/2023 - 21/12/2023) On 17/12/2023, a public holiday is observed in the state of Johor. Collaborated with PPD Kota Tinggi officers and practical students from the USTP unit at SK Laksamana to establish a green screen studio for future projects. Engaged in designing professionally and seamlessly appearing posters for both the "Jadual Kerja Ujian Akhir Sesi Akademik 2023/2024" and the "Jadual Muat Turun Instrumen Pentaksiran Dan Panduan Penskoran Ujian Akhir Sesi Akademik 2023/2024."

Seventh Week (10/12/2023 - 14/12/2023) Photostat "Pementoran Pelaksanaan Tugasan"  to be given on "Hari Potensi MPEI". Participated in the "Hari Potensi MPEI" at Dewan Cendana, Pejabat Pendidikan Kota Tinggi, contributing to the event's success by facilitating the distribution of scoring guides (CONFIDENTIAL) and hardcopy presentation slides (CONFIDENTIAL) to all participating schools. Executed the task of printing the confidential document ANJ.doc with precision and discretion.

Sixth Week (3/12/2023 - 7/12/2023) Dispatch correspondence to the designated pigeonhole at PPD Kota Tinggi for distribution to every primary and secondary school. Organize the marking schemes for secondary schools by categorizing them according to their respective subjects. Generate photocopies of the aforementioned letter for dissemination to the Health Office. Continue develop a comprehensive storyboard for an engaging promotional video, meticulously crafted to showcase the essence of a practicum project.
